About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship at ROSSMANN in Saarlouis starting on 15 August 2027. You learn to organise retail operations, help run the store and advise customers on trends, nutrition, personal care and cosmetics. The sales assistant apprenticeship lasts two years, and the retail sales management apprenticeship lasts three years.
What You'll Learn
- On the shop floor: Keep the sales area looking its best, with stocked shelves, well-presented products and a shopping experience customers enjoy.
- At the till: Serve customers quickly, stay organised and keep checkout running smoothly.
- When advising customers: Know current trends, recognise each customer's needs and find products that fit their daily lives.
- In the team: Work closely with colleagues, listen to everyone and help run the store together.
Requirements
- You are reliable and punctual, and can work shifts covering flexible store opening hours.
- You work well in a team and are willing to help everywhere, whether at the till, stocking shelves or advising customers.
- You have a feel for trends and enjoy responding to customers' needs
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people
- You want to develop your skills and learn new things, with opportunities to progress here.
