What You'll Learn
- Protection: You find suitable insurance solutions for private clients of the Volks- and Raiffeisenbanks so they can look to the future relaxed
- Advice: The focus is on what really moves our clients. You determine their needs and accompany them personally or digitally on the path to more security
- Client management: Trust grows with every contact. You maintain existing relationships and inspire new clients with individual insurance concepts
Requirements
- Career starters or career changers: Our comprehensive onboarding and mentoring program guarantees you a quick start and sustainable success
- You have completed an apprenticeship, ideally in a commercial field, and first sales experience
- With a good sense for your clients' needs, you find the right solution
- You are sociable and enjoy approaching people
