Apprenticeship as Salesperson / Retail Merchant – 2027

During your apprenticeship, you will learn everything you need to organize retail processes, actively shape the day in the store, and be there for our customers. As an expert for trends, nutrition, care, and cosmetics, you will develop into a real sales talent. Apprenticeship start: 15.08.2027. Duration: Salesperson 2 years, Retail Merchant 3 years. Salary: between 1,090 euros and 1,270 euros per month in the 1st apprenticeship year.

• On the sales floor: You ensure our sales area always looks top: full shelves, perfectly presented products, and a shopping experience that delights our customers
• At the checkout: You are the pro at the checkout – you scan quickly, keep track, and ensure smooth checkout for our customers
• In consulting: You know what's trending, recognize individual customer needs, and find products that perfectly fit their daily life
• In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues and always have an ear for everyone. Together you rock the store
