Start your career in the Azubi Club at ROSSMANN. In your apprenticeship you learn to organize retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for customers. As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics, you develop into a real sales talent. When and where you attend vocational school depends on the store. With good performance, you will be offered a permanent employment contract after the apprenticeship.

• On the sales floor: You make sure our sales area always looks great: full shelves, perfectly presented products and a shopping experience that delights our customers.
• At the checkout: You are the pro at the checkout – you ring up quickly, keep track and make sure checkout runs smoothly for our customers.
• In customer advice: You know what is trending, recognize the individual needs of our customers and find the products that fit their everyday life perfectly.
• In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues and always have an ear for everyone.
