About this Apprenticeship
A three year training programme at Takko in Bad Frankenhausen offers an alternative to university, leading to a qualification at the same level as a bachelor's degree. It combines work in Takko stores with blocks of lessons at the Takko Fashion Academy near Hannover and prepares you to manage a store.
What You'll Learn
- Practical training: you work in Takko stores and learn all the main tasks, including advising customers, learning about products, displaying goods, using the checkout and taking stock
- Classroom training: you gain knowledge from experienced colleagues and through regular blocks of lessons at the Takko Fashion Academy near Hannover
- Store management: you learn about leading staff and managing people so you can run a store later
Requirements
- School qualification: full entrance qualification for a university of applied sciences or Abitur; people who have left university without finishing are also welcome
- Responsibility: enjoy taking responsibility and working independently
- Willingness to learn: motivation to learn new things and develop your skills
- Team spirit: enjoy working with people and fashion, and be able to work in a team
