About this Apprenticeship
Train at ROSSMANN as a sales assistant or retail sales specialist. You will learn to organise retail operations, help run the store and advise customers on trends, nutrition, personal care and cosmetics. Training lasts two years for sales assistants and three years for retail sales specialists.
What You'll Learn
- On the shop floor: Keep the sales area looking its best, with full shelves, well presented products and a shopping experience customers enjoy.
- At the checkout: Serve customers quickly, stay organised and keep checkout running smoothly.
- When advising customers: Know current trends, understand each customer's needs and find products that fit their daily lives.
- In the team: Work closely with colleagues and listen to everyone. Together, you keep the store running well.
Requirements
- You are reliable and punctual. You can also work shifts covering the store's flexible opening hours.
- You work well in a team and are keen to help wherever needed, whether at the checkout, stocking shelves or advising customers.
- You have a feel for trends and enjoy responding to customers' wishes.
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
- You are keen to develop and learn new skills, with opportunities to get your career started here.
