Apprenticeship as Sales Assistant / Retail Merchant – 2027

Start your career in the Azubi Club at ROSSMANN. In your apprenticeship you learn to organize retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for customers. As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics, you grow into a true sales talent. Duration: Sales Assistant 2 years, Retail Merchant 3 years. With good performance you will be taken on into a permanent employment relationship after the apprenticeship. When and where you attend vocational school depends on the store.

• On the sales floor: You make sure the sales area always looks top: full shelves, perfectly presented products and a great shopping experience
• At the checkout: You check out customers quickly, keep an overview and make sure checkout runs smoothly
• In consulting: You recognize customers' needs and find the right products
• In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues

• Reliability and punctuality; you handle the flexible opening hours in a shift model with ease
• Team player, motivated to pitch in everywhere, whether at the checkout, on the shelf or in consulting
