At ROSSMANN, during your apprenticeship you learn to organize retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for customers. As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics, you develop into a sales talent. With good performance, you will be taken on in a permanent position after training.

• On the sales floor: You make sure the sales area always looks great: full shelves, perfectly presented products and a shopping experience that delights customers.
• At the checkout: You ring up quickly, keep an overview and make sure checkout runs smoothly for customers.
• In advice: You recognize customers' individual needs and find the products that fit their everyday life.
• In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues.
