Join our Azubi Club and start your career with an apprenticeship at ROSSMANN. During your training you learn everything you need to organise retail operations, actively shape the day in the store and be there for our customers. As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics, you grow into a real sales talent. After training, with good performance you will be taken on into a permanent employment contract. When and where you attend vocational school depends on the respective store.

• On the sales floor: You make sure our sales area always looks top: full shelves, perfectly presented products and a shopping experience that delights our customers.
• At the checkout: You check out customers quickly, keep an overview and make sure checkout runs smoothly for our customers.
• In customer advice: You recognise the individual needs of our customers and find the products that fit their daily life perfectly.
• In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues.

• Your reliability and punctuality are unbeatable! You can also easily handle the flexible opening hours in a shift model.
• You are a real team player and motivated to pitch in everywhere – at the checkout, on the shelf or in customer advice.
• You have a feel for trends and enjoy responding to customer wishes
