About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship at ROSSMANN in Amberg, Fuggerstr. 3. You will learn to organise retail operations, help run the store and advise customers on trends, nutrition, personal care and cosmetics. The sales assistant apprenticeship lasts two years, and the retail sales specialist apprenticeship lasts three years. First-year pay is between €1,090 and €1,270 per month.
What You'll Learn
- On the shop floor: keep shelves stocked, display products well and give customers a great shopping experience.
- At the checkout: serve customers quickly, stay organised and keep payments running smoothly.
- When advising customers: know current trends, understand individual customer needs and find suitable products.
- In the team: work closely with colleagues and listen to everyone.
Requirements
- You are reliable and punctual and can manage shift work covering flexible store opening hours.
- You work well in a team and are ready to help at the checkout, on the shelves or with customer advice.
- You have a feel for trends and enjoy responding to customer needs.
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
- You want to develop and learn new skills.
