Apprenticeship as a Sales Assistant / Retail Merchant – 2027

In your apprenticeship you learn everything you need to organize retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for our customers. As an expert (m/f/d) in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics, you grow into a real sales talent. After finishing your apprenticeship, you will be offered a permanent contract if you perform well.

• On the sales floor: You make sure our sales floor always looks great: full shelves, perfectly presented products and a shopping experience that delights our customers.
• At the till: You are the pro at the till: you check out customers quickly, keep an overview and make sure checkout runs smoothly for our customers.
• In advice: You know what is trending, recognize our customers' individual needs and find the products that fit their daily life perfectly.
• In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues and always have an ear for everyone. Together you rock the store.

• Your reliability and punctuality are unbeatable! You can also easily handle the flexible opening hours in a shift model.
• You are a real team player and motivated to pitch in everywhere, whether at the till, on the shelf or in advice.
