About this Apprenticeship
Train at ROSSMANN in Mettlach as a sales assistant over two years or a retail sales specialist over three years. Learn to organise retail operations, help run the store and advise customers on trends, nutrition, personal care and cosmetics. The apprenticeship starts on 15 August 2027.
What You'll Learn
- Keep shelves stocked, present products well and create a good shopping experience on the sales floor
- Serve customers quickly at the checkout, stay organised and keep the process running smoothly
- Recognise trends and individual customer needs, and recommend suitable products
- Work closely with colleagues and listen to everyone
Requirements
- Reliability and punctuality, and the ability to work shifts covering flexible opening hours
- Team spirit and willingness to help at the checkout, on the shelves and with customer advice
- An eye for trends and enjoyment of meeting customers’ needs
- Good communication skills and enjoyment of working with people
- Willingness to develop and learn new skills
