Apprenticeship as Sales Assistant / Retail Merchant – 2027

Become part of our Azubi Club and start your career with an apprenticeship at ROSSMANN. During your training you learn everything you need to organise retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for our customers. As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics, you grow into a real sales talent. Your journey with the Azubi Club starts on 15 August 2027 in your ROSSMANN store. When and where you attend vocational school depends on the store. After your training, with good performance, you will be taken on into a permanent employment contract.

• On the sales floor: You make sure our sales area always looks top: full shelves, perfectly presented products and a shopping experience that delights our customers.
• At the checkout: You check out customers quickly, keep an overview and make sure checkout runs smoothly for our customers.
• In customer advice: You know what is trending, recognise our customers' individual needs and find the products that fit their everyday life perfectly.
• In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues and always have an ear for everyone.

• Your reliability and punctuality are unbeatable! You can also easily handle the flexible opening hours in a shift model.
• You are a true team player and motivated to pitch in everywhere, whether at the checkout, on the shelf or in customer advice.
• You have a feel for trends and enjoy responding to customer wishes.
• You are a communication talent and enjoy working with people.
