About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship at ROSSMANN in Bergneustadt, Kölner Str. 304, starting on 15 August 2027. You learn to organise retail operations, help run the store and advise customers on trends, food, personal care and cosmetics. The sales assistant apprenticeship takes two years; the retail sales professional apprenticeship takes three years.
What You'll Learn
- On the shop floor: Keep shelves stocked, display products attractively and give customers a great shopping experience.
- At the checkout: Serve customers quickly, stay organised and keep checkout running smoothly.
- When advising customers: Know current trends, recognise individual needs and find suitable products.
- In the team: Work closely with colleagues and listen to everyone.
Requirements
- You are reliable and punctual and can comfortably work shifts covering flexible store opening hours.
- You are a team player and ready to help wherever needed, at the checkout, stocking shelves or advising customers.
- You have a feel for trends and enjoy responding to customers' wishes.
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
- You want to develop and learn new skills.
