About this Apprenticeship
Train at ROSSMANN as a sales assistant in 2 years or a retail sales specialist in 3 years. Learn to organize retail operations, help run the store and advise customers on trends, nutrition, personal care and cosmetics.
What You'll Learn
- Keep the sales floor stocked, present products well and create a pleasant shopping experience.
- Handle payments quickly, stay organized and keep the checkout running smoothly.
- Recognize trends and individual customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Work closely with your colleagues and listen to everyone.
Requirements
- You are reliable and punctual and can work shifts during flexible opening hours.
- You enjoy teamwork and are ready to help at the checkout, on the shelves and with customer advice.
- You have an eye for trends and enjoy responding to customers' wishes.
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
- You want to develop and learn new skills.
