In your training you learn to organize retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for our customers. As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics you grow into a real sales talent. Duration: sales assistant 2 years, retail merchant 3 years. With good performance you will be taken on in a permanent employment contract.

• On the sales floor: You make sure our sales area always looks great: full shelves, perfectly presented products and a shopping experience that delights our customers.
• At the checkout: You check out quickly, keep an overview and ensure a smooth checkout.
• In consulting: You recognize our customers' individual needs and find the right products.
• In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues.
