Apprenticeship as Sales Assistant / Retail Merchant – 2027

Become part of the Azubi Club at ROSSMANN. In your apprenticeship you learn to organize retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for customers. As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics, you grow into a true sales talent. The training lasts 2 years as a sales assistant and 3 years as a retail merchant. With good performance you will be taken on in a permanent position after training. When and where you attend vocational school depends on the store.

• On the sales floor: you make sure the sales area always looks great: full shelves, perfectly presented products and a great shopping experience
• At the checkout: you check out customers quickly, keep an overview and ensure a smooth checkout
• In customer advice: you recognize customers' individual needs and find the right products
• In the team: you work hand in hand with your colleagues

• Reliability and punctuality; you handle the flexible opening hours in a shift model with ease
• You are a real team player and motivated to pitch in everywhere – at the checkout, on the shelf or in customer advice
• You have a feel for trends and like to respond to customer wishes
• You are a gifted communicator and enjoy working with people
• You want to keep developing and learn new skills
