About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship at ROSSMANN in Buchholz in der Nordheide, Breite Str. 11a, starting on 15 August 2027. Learn retail operations, customer advice, product displays and checkout work. Training lasts two years for sales assistants and three years for retail sales specialists. First-year pay is between €1,090 and €1,270 per month.
What You'll Learn
- On the shop floor: keep shelves stocked, present products well and make shopping enjoyable for customers.
- At the checkout: process purchases quickly, keep track of things and help customers check out smoothly.
- Giving advice: know current trends, understand each customer's needs and find products that suit their daily life.
- In the team: work closely with colleagues, listen to others and run the store together.
Requirements
- You are reliable and punctual, and can work shifts covering the store's flexible opening hours.
- You are a team player and happy to help at the checkout, on the shelves or with customer advice.
- You have a feel for trends and enjoy meeting customers' needs.
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
- You want to develop and learn new skills.
