About this Apprenticeship
Train in sales or retail at ROSSMANN. You will learn to organise retail operations, help run the store and advise customers on trends, nutrition, personal care and cosmetics.
What You'll Learn
- On the shop floor: Keep the sales area looking its best, with full shelves, well presented products and a shopping experience customers enjoy.
- At the checkout: Handle payments quickly, keep track of everything and make checkout run smoothly for customers.
- Advising customers: Know the latest trends, understand each customer's needs and find products that fit their everyday life.
- In the team: Work closely with colleagues and listen to others. Together, you keep the store running.
Requirements
- You are reliable and punctual, and can work shifts covering the store's flexible opening hours.
- You are a team player who is keen to help wherever needed, whether at the checkout, stocking shelves or advising customers.
- You have a feel for trends and enjoy responding to customers' wishes.
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
- You are keen to develop and learn new skills, with opportunities to get ahead here.
