About this Apprenticeship
At ROSSMANN in Fürth, Erlanger Str. 194, you will learn to organise retail processes, help run the store and advise customers. Training starts on 15 August 2027 and lasts two years for the sales assistant qualification or three years for the retail sales qualification. First year training pay is between €1,090 and €1,270 per month.
What You'll Learn
- On the sales floor: Keep the store looking its best with full shelves, well presented products and a shopping experience customers enjoy.
- At the checkout: Process payments quickly, stay organised and ensure a smooth checkout for customers.
- Advising customers: Know current trends, understand each customer's needs and find products that suit their everyday lives.
- In the team: Work closely with your colleagues and listen to everyone. Together, you keep the store running well.
Requirements
- You are highly reliable and punctual, and can comfortably work shifts within the store's flexible opening hours.
- You work well in a team and are ready to help everywhere, whether at the checkout, stocking shelves or advising customers.
- You have a feel for trends and enjoy responding to customers' needs.
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
- You want to develop and learn new skills, and can make a strong start with us.
