• On the shop floor: You make sure shelves are full, products are perfectly presented and customers enjoy shopping
• At the checkout: You check out quickly, keep an overview and ensure a smooth checkout
• In consulting: You recognise customers' needs and find the right products
• In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues

• Reliability and punctuality, and the ability to handle the flexible opening hours in a shift model
