About this Apprenticeship
At TARGOBANK, you will work with customers from your first day of training and learn to advise them on loans and financial planning. The apprenticeship starts on 1 August 2027, can be completed full time or part time, and takes 2.5 years full time.
What You'll Learn
- Work as part of the team from day one, helping customers in the branch and by phone.
- Advise customers on matters such as loans and financial planning and offer suitable products.
Requirements
- At least an intermediate secondary school leaving certificate by the start of training.
- Very good German at C2 or native level is recommended because customer contact starts immediately.
- An open personality and enjoyment of contact with people.
- Customer satisfaction comes first.

- An education allowance, for example for a tablet to access digital learning.
- Additional benefits such as a Deutschlandticket, a bonus for good or very good final exam results, and sports and health programmes.
