About this Apprenticeship
At TARGOBANK you take full part in your apprenticeship right away and have customer contact from day one, in the branch and by phone. You advise customers on e.g. loans and financial provision and are supported by your trainers. The apprenticeship is possible full-time or part-time.

- We teach you everything important for your tasks in a practical way.
- Your trainers are always at your side.
- You take part in digital training and seminars at our academy.
Requirements
- You have at least a Realschulabschluss at the start of the apprenticeship.
- Since you have customer contact right from the start, we recommend a very good level of German (C2 or native level).
- You are open-minded and enjoy contact with people.
- Customer satisfaction comes first for you.
What TARGOBANK offers
- Apprenticeship possible full-time or part-time. Feel free to state in your application if you want a part-time apprenticeship.
- You get €1,400 in year 1, €1,470 in year 2 and €1,550 in year 3 (proportionate for part-time).
- You have 30 days of vacation per year (proportionate for part-time).
- Your vocational school is usually at the location of your training branch.
- You get an education allowance (e.g. for a tablet to use our digital learning offer).
- Additional benefits await you, such as a Deutschlandticket, a special payment for very good or good results in your final exam, sports and health offers and more.
- In the long term many doors are open to you with us, for example as a branch manager.
