BANK. REAL. DIFFERENT. That is our claim as an employer. We want to become the best bank for all our customers and employees, which is why we are looking for people who want to make a difference together. With us you can participate fully in your apprenticeship from day one. You will receive the support you need from us at any time. Working at eye level included. You wouldn't have expected that from a bank? Then you are exactly right with us! Together with you we pursue a clear goal: to make our customers even more satisfied. From the first day you are part of the team and actively in customer contact (in the branch and by phone). You advise customers e.g. on loans and financial provision and offer them suitable products. We teach you practically everything important for your tasks with us. Your trainers are always at your side. You take part in digital trainings and seminars in our academy. The apprenticeship lasts 2.5 years (in full-time). You get 1,400 € in the 1st year, 1,470 € in the 2nd year and 1,550 € in the 3rd year (pro-rata in part-time). You have 30 days vacation per year (pro-rata in part-time). Your vocational school is usually located at the place of your apprenticeship branch. You receive an education grant (e.g. for a tablet to use our digital learning offer). Additional benefits await you, such as a Deutschlandticket, a bonus for very good or good performance in your final exam, sports and health offers and much more.
