Start your career with an apprenticeship at ROSSMANN in the Azubi Club. In your training you learn to organize retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for our customers. As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics, you grow into a real sales talent. When and where you attend vocational school depends on the store. After the apprenticeship, with good performance you are taken on in a permanent employment relationship.

• On the sales floor: You make sure our sales floor always looks great: full shelves, perfectly presented products and a shopping experience that delights our customers.
• At the checkout: You check out customers quickly, keep track of things and make sure checkout runs smoothly for our customers.
• In customer advice: You recognize our customers' individual needs and find the products that fit their everyday lives perfectly.
• In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues.
