Become part of the Azubi Club and start your career with an apprenticeship at ROSSMANN. You will learn to organize retail processes, actively help shape the day in the store and be there for customers. As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics, you develop into a true sales talent. When and where you attend vocational school depends on the store. With good performance, you will be taken on in a permanent employment relationship after the apprenticeship.

• On the shop floor: you make sure the sales area always looks great: full shelves and perfectly presented products
• At the checkout: you ring up quickly, keep an overview and make sure checkout runs smoothly
• In customer advice: you recognize customers' individual needs and find suitable products
• In the team: you work hand in hand with your colleagues

• Reliability and punctuality, and the ability to manage flexible opening hours in a shift model
• Team player, motivated to pitch in anywhere, whether at the checkout, on the shelf or in customer advice
