About this Apprenticeship
At ROSSMANN, you will learn to organise retail operations, help run the store and advise customers on trends, nutrition, personal care and cosmetics. Training lasts two years for sales assistants and three years for retail sales specialists. First-year training pay is between €1,090 and €1,270 per month.
What You'll Learn
- Keep the sales floor tidy, fill shelves and present products well.
- Handle payments quickly, stay organised and ensure a smooth checkout process.
- Recognise trends and individual customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Work closely with colleagues and be available to support the team.
Requirements
- You are reliable and punctual and can work shifts during the store's flexible opening hours.
- You work well in a team and are motivated to help at the checkout, on the shelves and with customer advice.
- You have a feel for trends and enjoy responding to customers' wishes.
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
- You want to develop and learn new skills.
