Apprenticeship as Sales Assistant / Retail Merchant – 2027

Join our Azubi Club and start your career with an apprenticeship at ROSSMANN. In your training you learn to organise retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for our customers. As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics you grow into a real sales talent. Duration: Sales Assistant 2 years, Retail Merchant 3 years. When and where you attend vocational school depends on the store. With good performance you will be taken on with a permanent contract after training.

• On the sales floor: You make sure our sales area always looks great: full shelves, perfectly presented products and a shopping experience that delights our customers.
• At the checkout: You scan quickly, keep an overview and make sure checkout runs smoothly for our customers.
• In advice: You recognise our customers' individual needs and find the products that fit their daily lives.
• In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues.

• Your reliability and punctuality are unbeatable! You can also easily handle the flexible opening hours in a shift model.
• You are a real team player and motivated to pitch in everywhere – at the checkout, on the shelf or in advice.
