Apprenticeship as Sales Assistant / Retail Merchant – 2027

Start your career with an apprenticeship at ROSSMANN in the Azubi Club. You learn to organise retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for customers. Duration: Sales Assistant 2 years, Retail Merchant 3 years. With good performance, you will be taken on permanently after the apprenticeship.

• On the shop floor: You make sure our sales floor always looks great: full shelves, perfectly presented products and a shopping experience that delights our customers.
• At the checkout: You are the pro at the checkout – you ring up quickly, keep an overview and make sure checkout runs smoothly for our customers.
• In advice: You know what is trending, recognise customers' individual needs and find the products that fit their everyday lives perfectly.
• In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues and always have an ear for everyone. Together you rock the store.

• Your reliability and punctuality are unbeatable! You can also easily handle the flexible opening hours in a shift model.
• You are a real team player and motivated to pitch in everywhere – at the checkout, on the shelf or in customer advice.
• You have a feel for trends and enjoy responding to customer wishes
