About this Apprenticeship
Train as a sales assistant or retail specialist at ROSSMANN. Learn to organise retail operations, help run the store and advise customers on trends, nutrition, personal care and cosmetics. Training takes two years for sales assistants and three years for retail specialists.
What You'll Learn
- On the shop floor: Keep shelves stocked, present products well and give customers an enjoyable shopping experience.
- At the till: Handle payments quickly, stay organised and keep checkout running smoothly.
- When advising customers: Know current trends, understand each customer's needs and find products that suit their daily life.
- In the team: Work closely with colleagues and listen to their concerns.
Requirements
- You are reliable and punctual and can work shifts across the store's flexible opening hours.
- You work well in a team and are ready to help at the till, on the shelves or with customer advice.
- You have a feel for trends and enjoy responding to customers' wishes.
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
- You want to develop your skills and learn new things.
