About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship at ROSSMANN in Berlin, Karl-Marx-Str. 66. You learn to organise retail operations, help run the store and advise customers on trends, nutrition, personal care and cosmetics. Training takes two years for sales assistants or three years for retail specialists.
What You'll Learn
- On the shop floor: keep shelves full, present products well and create a shopping experience customers enjoy.
- At the checkout: serve customers quickly, stay organised and keep checkout running smoothly.
- When advising customers: know current trends, understand each customer's needs and find products that fit their daily lives.
- In the team: work closely with colleagues and listen to everyone to keep the store running well.
Requirements
- You are reliable and punctual, and can easily work shifts during the store's flexible opening hours.
- You are a team player who is keen to help everywhere, whether at the checkout, stocking shelves or advising customers.
- You have a feel for trends and enjoy meeting customers' needs.
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
- You want to develop your skills and learn new things.
