Start your career in the ROSSMANN Azubi Club. You learn to organize retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for customers. As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics, you grow into a sales talent. With good performance, you are taken on permanently after the apprenticeship.

• On the sales floor: You make sure our sales area always looks great: full shelves, perfectly presented products and a shopping experience that delights our customers.
• At the checkout: You check out customers quickly, keep an overview and make sure checkout runs smoothly for our customers.
• In customer advice: You recognize our customers' individual needs and find the products that fit perfectly into their daily lives.
• In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues and always have an ear for everyone.

• Your reliability and punctuality are unbeatable! You can also easily handle the flexible opening hours in a shift model.
• You are a real team player and motivated to pitch in everywhere – at the checkout, on the shelf or in customer advice.
