Start your career with an apprenticeship at ROSSMANN in the Azubi Club. You learn to organize retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for customers, and develop into a real sales talent as an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics. When and where you attend vocational school depends on the respective store. After the apprenticeship, with good performance you will be taken on in a permanent employment relationship.

• On the sales floor: You make sure our sales floor always looks top: full shelves, perfectly presented products and a shopping experience that delights our customers.
• At the checkout: You check out customers quickly, keep an overview and make sure checkout runs smoothly for our customers.
• In consulting: You know what is trending, recognize our customers' individual needs and find the products that fit their everyday life perfectly.
• In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues and always have an ear for everyone.

• Your reliability and punctuality are unbeatable! You can also easily handle the flexible opening hours in a shift model.
