Start your career in the Azubi Club at ROSSMANN. You learn to organise retail processes, help shape the day in the store and be there for customers. With good performance you will be offered a permanent job after training.

• On the shop floor: you make sure our sales area always looks great: full shelves, perfectly presented products and a shopping experience that delights customers.
• At the checkout: you are the pro at the checkout, you scan quickly, keep an overview and make sure checkout runs smoothly for customers.
• In advising: you know what is trending, recognise customers' individual needs and find the products that fit their everyday life.
• In the team: you work hand in hand with colleagues and always have an ear for everyone. Together you rock the store.

• Your reliability and punctuality are unbeatable! You can also easily handle the flexible opening hours in a shift model.
• You are a real team player and motivated to pitch in everywhere, at the checkout, on the shelf or in advising.
