Start your career with an apprenticeship at ROSSMANN in the Azubi Club. During your training you learn to organize retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for customers. As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics, you grow into a real sales talent. Duration: Sales Assistant 2 years, Retail Merchant 3 years. With good performance you will be taken on into a permanent employment relationship after training.

• On the shop floor: keep the sales area looking great with full shelves and perfectly presented products
• At the checkout: check out customers quickly and keep an overview
• In advice: recognize customer needs and find fitting products
• In the team: work hand in hand with colleagues

• Reliability and punctuality; you easily manage the flexible opening hours in a shift model
