Apprenticeship as Sales Assistant / Retail Clerk – 2027

In your apprenticeship you learn everything you need to organize retail operations, actively shape the day in the store and be there for our customers. As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics, you develop into a true sales talent. The apprenticeship lasts 2 years (sales assistant) or 3 years (retail clerk). With good performance, you will be taken on in a permanent employment relationship.

• On the sales floor: You make sure our sales area always looks great: full shelves, perfectly presented products and a shopping experience that delights our customers.
• At the checkout: You are the pro at the checkout, you ring up quickly, keep an overview and make sure checkout runs smoothly for our customers.
• In advice: You know what is trending, recognize our customers' individual needs and find the products that fit their daily life perfectly.
• In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues and always have an ear for everyone.

• Your reliability and punctuality are unbeatable! You can also easily handle the flexible opening hours in a shift model.
• You are a real team player and motivated to pitch in everywhere, whether at the checkout, on the shelf or in advice.
• You have a sense for trends and like to respond to customer wishes
