About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship at ROSSMANN in Osterburg as a sales assistant or retail sales specialist. You will learn to organize retail operations, help run the store and advise customers on trends, nutrition, personal care and cosmetics. The sales assistant apprenticeship takes two years, and the retail sales specialist apprenticeship takes three years.
What You'll Learn
- On the shop floor: Keep the sales area looking its best with full shelves, well presented products and a shopping experience customers enjoy.
- At the checkout: Process purchases quickly, keep track of everything and make checkout run smoothly for customers.
- Customer advice: Know the latest trends, understand each customer's needs and find products that fit their daily lives.
- Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues and listen to everyone. Together, you keep the store running well.
Requirements
- You are reliable and punctual. You can also work shifts across the store's flexible opening hours.
- You work well in a team and are keen to help wherever needed, at the checkout, stocking shelves or advising customers.
- You have an eye for trends and enjoy responding to customers' wishes.
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
- You want to develop your abilities and learn new skills, with opportunities to get your career started here.
