About this Apprenticeship
Train in sales or retail at ROSSMANN. You will learn to organise retail operations, help run the store each day, and advise customers on trends, nutrition, personal care and cosmetics.
What You'll Learn
- Keep shelves stocked, display products well and create a good shopping experience on the shop floor.
- Serve customers quickly at the checkout, stay organised and keep the checkout running smoothly.
- Recognise trends and individual customer needs and recommend products that suit customers' everyday lives.
- Work closely with your colleagues and listen to everyone in the team.
Requirements
- You are reliable and punctual and can work shifts during flexible opening hours.
- You work well in a team and are ready to help at the checkout, stock shelves and advise customers.
- You have a feel for trends and enjoy responding to customer requests.
- You enjoy communicating and working with people.
- You want to develop your skills and learn new ones.
