About this Apprenticeship
Train at ROSSMANN as a sales assistant or retail sales specialist. Learn to organise retail operations, help run the store each day and advise customers on trends, nutrition, personal care and cosmetics. The sales assistant apprenticeship lasts two years, and the retail sales specialist apprenticeship lasts three years.
What You'll Learn
- On the shop floor: Keep shelves full and products well displayed, making shopping enjoyable for customers.
- At the checkout: Serve customers quickly, keep track of transactions and make payment run smoothly.
- Advising customers: Know current trends, understand each customer's needs and find products that suit their daily lives.
- In the team: Work closely with colleagues, listen to others and help run the store together.
Requirements
- You are reliable and punctual, and can work shifts during the store's opening hours.
- You work well in a team and are ready to help at the checkout, stock shelves and advise customers.
- You have a feel for trends and enjoy responding to customers' wishes.
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
- You want to develop your skills and learn new ones.
