About this Apprenticeship
At ROSSMANN, you will learn to organize retail operations, help run the store and advise customers. You will build knowledge of trends, nutrition, personal care and cosmetics. The sales assistant apprenticeship lasts 2 years, and the retail sales specialist apprenticeship lasts 3 years.
What You'll Learn
- Learn how retail operations work and organize them.
- Keep shelves stocked, display products well and create a good shopping experience on the sales floor.
- Process payments quickly, keep track of checkout activity and keep things running smoothly.
- Recognize trends and individual customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Work closely with colleagues and listen to your team.
Requirements
- You are reliable and punctual and can work shifts during flexible store opening hours.
- You work well in a team and are willing to help at the checkout, on the shelves and with customer advice.
- You have an eye for trends and enjoy responding to customers' wishes.
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
- You want to develop your skills and learn new things.
