About this Apprenticeship
At ROSSMANN, you learn to organise retail operations, help run a store and advise customers on trends, nutrition, personal care and cosmetics. Training starts on 15 August 2027 and lasts two years for the sales assistant qualification or three years for the retail sales specialist qualification.
What You'll Learn
- On the shop floor: Keep the sales area looking its best, with full shelves, well-presented products and a shopping experience that customers enjoy.
- At the checkout: Process payments quickly, stay organised and make checkout run smoothly for customers.
- When advising customers: Know current trends, understand each customer's needs and find products that suit their everyday lives.
- In the team: Work closely with colleagues and listen to everyone. Together, you keep the store running.
Requirements
- You are highly reliable and punctual and can comfortably work shifts around flexible store opening hours.
- You are a team player and keen to help wherever needed, whether at the checkout, stocking shelves or advising customers.
- You have a feel for trends and enjoy responding to customers' wishes.
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
- You are keen to develop and learn new skills.
