Start your career in the Azubi Club at ROSSMANN. In the apprenticeship you learn to organise retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for customers. As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics, you become a real sales talent. With good performance you will be taken on permanently after training. When and where you attend vocational school depends on the store.

• On the sales floor: You make sure the sales area always looks great: full shelves, perfectly presented products and a shopping experience that delights customers.
• At the checkout: You check out customers quickly, keep an overview and ensure a smooth checkout.
• In advice: You recognise customers' individual needs and find the right products.
• In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues.

• Your reliability and punctuality are unbeatable! You can also easily handle the flexible opening hours in a shift model.
• You are a real team player and motivated to pitch in everywhere – at the checkout, on the shelf or in customer advice.
• You have a feel for trends and enjoy responding to customer wishes.
