During your training you learn to organize retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for our customers. As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics, you grow into a true sales talent. Duration: Sales Assistant 2 years, Retail Merchant 3 years. When and where you attend vocational school depends on the store. With good performance, you will be taken on in a permanent employment relationship after training.

• On the sales floor: You make sure the sales floor always looks great: full shelves, perfectly presented products and a great shopping experience.
• At the checkout: You check out customers quickly, keep an overview and make sure checkout runs smoothly.
• In consulting: You recognize customers' individual needs and find the right products.
• In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues.
