About this Apprenticeship
Train at ROSSMANN in Roßdorf as a sales assistant in two years or a retail sales specialist in three years. You will learn to organise retail operations, help run the store and advise customers on trends, nutrition, personal care and cosmetics. Training starts on 15 August 2027. The timing and location of vocational school lessons depend on the store.
What You'll Learn
- Keep shelves stocked, present products well and create a good shopping experience on the sales floor.
- Handle checkout payments quickly, stay organised and keep the checkout running smoothly.
- Know current trends, understand individual customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Work closely with colleagues and listen to others.
Requirements
- You are reliable and punctual and can work shifts during the store's flexible opening hours.
- You enjoy teamwork and are ready to help at the checkout, with shelves and with customer advice.
- You have a feel for trends and enjoy responding to customer requests.
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
- You want to develop and learn new skills.
