About this Apprenticeship
Join our Azubi Club and start your career with an apprenticeship at ROSSMANN. In your training you learn to organize retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for our customers. Duration: Sales Assistant 2 years, Retail Merchant 3 years. With good performance you will be taken on permanently after training.
What You'll Learn
- On the sales floor: keep the sales area looking great with full shelves and perfectly presented products
- At the checkout: check out quickly and keep an overview
- In consulting: recognize customer needs and find fitting products
- In the team: work hand in hand with colleagues
Requirements
- Reliability and punctuality; you handle flexible opening hours in a shift model easily
- Team player, motivated to pitch in everywhere – at the checkout, shelf or consulting
- A feel for trends and happy to respond to customer wishes
- Communication talent who enjoys working with people
- Eager to develop and learn new skills
