Start your career in the Azubi Club at ROSSMANN. In the apprenticeship you learn to organise retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for customers. As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics, you grow into a real sales talent. With good results, you will be taken on permanently after the apprenticeship. When and where you attend vocational school depends on the store.

• On the shop floor: design the sales area with full shelves and perfectly presented products
• At the checkout: check out quickly, keep an overview and ensure a smooth checkout
• In advising: recognise customer needs and find fitting products
• In the team: work hand in hand with colleagues

• Reliability and punctuality; you handle the flexible opening hours in a shift model easily
• You are a true team player and motivated to help out everywhere – at the checkout, on the shelf or in advising
• You have a feel for trends and like to respond to customer wishes
• You are a talented communicator and enjoy working with people
