About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship at ROSSMANN in Husum, Markt 19, starting on 15 August 2027. Sales assistant training lasts two years, and retail management assistant training lasts three years. You learn retail operations, customer advice, product presentation and checkout work.
What You'll Learn
- On the shop floor: Keep the sales area looking great with full shelves, well-presented products and a shopping experience customers enjoy.
- At the checkout: Process purchases quickly, stay organised and keep checkout running smoothly for customers.
- When advising customers: Know current trends, understand each customer's needs and find products that suit their daily lives.
- In the team: Work closely with colleagues and listen to everyone to keep the store running well.
Requirements
- You are highly reliable and punctual and can comfortably work shifts during the store's varying opening hours.
- You work well in a team and are motivated to help everywhere, whether at the checkout, stocking shelves or advising customers.
- You have a feel for trends and enjoy responding to customers' wishes.
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
- You want to develop and learn new skills.
