About this Apprenticeship
Apprenticeship in sales or retail at ROSSMANN. You will learn to organize retail operations, help run the store and advise customers on trends, nutrition, personal care and cosmetics. Training lasts two years for sales assistants and three years for retail sales specialists.
What You'll Learn
- On the shop floor: Keep the sales area looking its best, with full shelves, well presented products and a shopping experience that customers enjoy.
- At the checkout: Process payments quickly, stay on top of things and ensure customers have a smooth checkout experience.
- Advising customers: Know the latest trends, understand each customer's needs and find products that fit their daily lives.
- In the team: Work closely with colleagues and listen to everyone. Together, you keep the store running well.
Requirements
- You are reliable and punctual. You can also work shifts covering the store's flexible opening hours.
- You work well in a team and are keen to help everywhere, whether at the checkout, stocking shelves or advising customers.
- You have a feel for trends and enjoy responding to customers' wishes.
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
- You are keen to develop and learn new skills, with opportunities to get your career started here.
