About this Apprenticeship
Train in sales or retail at ROSSMANN. You will learn to organise store operations, advise customers and sell products covering trends, nutrition, personal care and cosmetics. Training lasts two years for sales assistants or three years for retail management apprentices. The stated pay applies to the first year of training.
What You'll Learn
- On the shop floor, keep shelves stocked, present products well and create a shopping experience customers enjoy.
- At the checkout, process purchases quickly, stay organised and keep things running smoothly.
- When advising customers, know current trends, understand individual needs and find products that suit their daily lives.
- Work closely with your colleagues and listen to everyone in the team.
Requirements
- You are reliable and punctual and can work shifts during the store's flexible opening hours.
- You work well in a team and are keen to help at the checkout, with shelves and with customer advice.
- You have a feel for trends and enjoy responding to customers' wishes.
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
- You want to develop and learn new skills.
