About this Apprenticeship
Train in sales or retail at ROSSMANN. Learn to organise retail operations, help run the store and advise customers on trends, nutrition, personal care and cosmetics.
What You'll Learn
- Keep shelves stocked, present products well and create a good shopping experience on the sales floor.
- Process payments quickly, stay organised and keep checkout running smoothly.
- Know current trends, understand each customer's needs and recommend suitable products.
- Work closely with colleagues and listen to everyone.
Requirements
- You are reliable and punctual and can work shifts during flexible opening hours.
- You work well in a team and are keen to help at the checkout, on the shelves and with customer advice.
- You have a feel for trends and enjoy responding to customers' wishes.
- You communicate well and enjoy working with people.
- You want to develop your skills and learn new ones.
